Leading transformation


This approach is a long term programme designed to support your school improvement.

We will work closely with you to facilitate and support transformation in your organisation. You will have the support of an experienced officer or consultant who will accompany you through the transformational planning cycle at every stage.

We can also help you to collaborate with schools and other settings on joint key priorities.

Case studies on Leading Transformation

There are three key elements to Leading Transformation:

Planning for change

We will work with you to hone your priorities for change using our transformational planning cycle; establishing a vision for the school or cluster in both the short and long term. We will help you build the capacity for transformational change.

Project management

We will act as project manager to undertake key projects within your school including monitoring key project milestones and measuring success against planned outcomes.

  • Working with your community to promote cohesion
  • Developing special school practice in mainstream schools

Supporting leadership

We will support your school leadership in embedding practices that lead to continuous improvement and transformation, including support for governors.
