Developing practice

This is short term support designed to improve your practice in relation to an identified development need.

The Developing Practice portfolio gives access to communications, training and networking.

You will be kept up to date with current developments in your area of influence and have the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge as leaders, teachers, governors and support staff.

Our established networks provide rich opportunities for sharing good practice between schools, whilst our engaging courses, INSET and meetings provide practical opportunities for developing staff.

We will broker the services of our Advanced Skills and Leading Teachers who will provide you with the spark required to develop the practice of your staff and commission support where necessary.

Elements of Developing Practice will also be included in the other strands of Building Capacity and Leading Transformation.
