Early Years Consultancy

The early years consultancy team have a wealth of experience and expertise.

Our aim is to help you raise standards in early years education.

All our support to you is built and focussed around the new EYFS Framework 2012, including all our courses and programmes.

Key functions of the team

• To provide expertise in early years education and the development of the ‘Early Years Foundation Stage’ framework
• Raise standards of teaching and learning in the EYFS
• Strategic planning and delivery of training to early years practitioners across all sectors
• Implementation of targeted intervention programmes in schools and settings
• Data collection and analysis of Early Years Foundation Stage Profile and Ofsted data to inform service planning
• Development of assessment in the early years, including moderation of  EYFSP
• Quality improvement of early years provision including the implementation and coordination of a challenge and support strategy in schools and settings
• Line management of children centre teachers
