Cliffe House serves both as a residential and day field study centre for schools and as a conference centre for training and business meetings.
Educational programmes
All our programmes are led by very experienced, professionally qualified teaching staff and are tailored to the individual needs of each school.
We enhance the school curriculum, bringing it to life ‘out in the field’, making learning enjoyable for all. Learning is of a practical nature and encourages both independence and team work. This way of working allows every child to shine. As a consequence, self esteem is increased and new and positive relationships often form with peers and adults. Residential groups also gain from the social experience of living and eating together.
Fully accessible to people with a disability
Cliffe House is not a residential care home but it can provide non-residential facilities for day visits and some residential short breaks to support disabled people of all ages.
Cliffe House business provision
In addition to our extensive educational facilities we offer four rooms able to accommodate a small meeting, training or a conference.
These are ideal for school leadership meetings, governors’ meetings, interviews, pyramid meetings and training.
